Welcome to Scoprix.
Scoprix is a closed-beta product operated by ProjectWaja LLC ("Scoprix",
"we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. They are
intentionally short — they will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed
version before general availability.
1. Beta status. Scoprix is in private beta. The product may change, break,
or be unavailable. We will not lose your data on purpose, but we don't
promise an uptime SLA. If you're using Scoprix to bid on a real project
with a real deadline, keep your own copies of anything load-bearing.
2. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for
activity that happens under your account. If you suspect a credential
has leaked, email us immediately at scoprixlabs@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use. Don't use Scoprix to: harass another user, attempt to
access another organization's data, scrape the platform at scale,
reverse-engineer security mechanisms, or upload content that violates
third-party rights (NDAs, copyrighted documents you don't have a
license to share, etc.).
4. Vendor / Subcontractor accounts. When you claim a rolodex entry on a
General Contractor's account, you assert that you are an authorized
representative of the company you're claiming. Knowingly false claims
are a violation of these terms and may be reported to the affected GC.
5. GC accounts. When you upload a vendor's quote into Scoprix, you assert
that you have the right to do so under your business relationship with
that vendor. You retain ownership of your project data; we receive
only the rights necessary to operate the service.
6. Aggregated pricing data. Scoprix aggregates anonymized line-item
pricing across the platform to power its market-rate features. By
using Scoprix you grant us the right to include your data in these
aggregates with the safeguards described in our Privacy policy
(minimum bucket size, time lag, no individual-identifying data
surfaced to other organizations).
7. Anti-coordination. Scoprix is a buyer-side procurement tool. You agree
not to use the platform — or data obtained from it — to coordinate
pricing with competitors. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably
believe are doing so.
8. Termination. You may delete your account at any time by emailing
scoprixlabs@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these terms. We will provide a data export on request before
final deletion.
9. Liability. Scoprix is provided "as is" during the beta. We are not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of the platform. Where this clause cannot be enforced
under applicable law, our liability is capped at the fees you have
paid Scoprix in the last 12 months (in the beta, that's typically
zero).
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State
of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal
courts of San Diego County, California.
