1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scoprix ("Service"), operated by Scoprix ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scoprix provides proactive AI security infrastructure for on-chain autonomous agents, including behavioral anomaly detection, policy enforcement, and security evaluation services. The Service includes the Scoprix SDK, evaluation API, dashboard, and related tools.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to facilitate, plan, or execute any illegal activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary detection algorithms
  • Use the Service to test attack vectors against protocols without their explicit authorization
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when registering agents
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

Scoprix's behavioral scoring engine, anomaly detection dimensions, AI evaluation prompts, and detection methodologies are proprietary trade secrets. The smart contract source code (SentinelGuardian, AgentRegistry, PolicyLib) is open for auditability. The SDK is provided under a standard license for integration purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Scoprix does not guarantee that the Service will detect or prevent all security threats. No security system provides absolute protection. Users should employ Scoprix as one layer of a comprehensive security strategy.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTINELCRE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Security Research

Scoprix publishes adversarial sandbox results, threat intelligence, and incident analyses for educational and transparency purposes. This information is provided to demonstrate capabilities and should not be used to plan, facilitate, or execute attacks against any protocol or system.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
